Hopi Ear Candles Therapy
Hopi Ear Candle Therapy is a non-invasive complimentary therapy that helps conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat. Candling uses the natural suction action and movement of the flame to create a vibration of air in the ear candle. In turn, this generates a massage-like effect on the eardrum.
Hopi Ear Candling may aid many conditions of the ears, nose, and throat including:
- Hay fever
- Sore throat
- Ear irritation
- Glue ear
- Nasal blockages
- Hearing impairment
We only use premium grade quality, pesticide-free candles with untreated cotton, pure beeswax, honey extract and traditional herbs such as Sagem, St.Johns Wort, Chamomile and pure essential oils.
Medical acupuncture is the use of acupuncture that typically follows a diagnosis. It can be used to treat a wide range of health conditions, but the most common reason to try medical acupuncture is for pain relief.
A course of acupuncture usually creates longer lasting pain relief than when a single treatment is used. Treatment might be once a week to begin with, then at longer intervals as the condition responds. A typical course of treatment lasts five to eight sessions.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), which provides guidelines for the NHS on the use of treatments and care of patients, currently recommends acupuncture as a treatment for chronic tension-type headaches and migraines.
Needling specific body parts is thought to stimulate sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles of the body. This results in the body producing natural substances, such as pain-relieving endorphins. It is thought that these naturally released substances are responsible for the beneficial effects experienced with acupuncture.
Other conditions commonly treated by acupuncture, though not officially recognised by NICE, include:
- chronic pain, such as neck pain
- joint pain
- dental pain
- postoperative pain

Hot Stone Massage
Stones have been used since time immemorial for heat, warmth and healing. The application of water heated basalt stones on key points on your body produces a deep massage and creates deep sensations of comfort and warmth.
The direct heat that hot stone therapy provides relaxes your muscles and allows a greater manipulation intensity than with regular massage. A hot stone therapy massage expands your blood vessels and encourages blood flow throughout your body.
This massage may help people who experience:
- muscle tension
- chronic pain
- anxiety and stress
- sleep issues and insomnia
Swedish massage blends in various techniques to address the specific needs of the client. Manipulation of the body’s soft tissue using the hands in a gentle, flowing massage technique that uses varying degrees of pressure and stretching movements. Most commonly used for relaxation and improving well-being.

- Headaches and migraines
- Muscular aches and pains
